HELP! incorrect error of age restriction when playing videos

I once entered my birth year incorrectly which then resulted in the under 18 age restriction message when playing a video. Since then almost all videos shows 'nope' with an image of batman when i click to play videos. Please solve this. I was born in 1991 and so I am 23 years old. The under age issue comes up whenever I try n see any game video or trailer:(

Sometimes the video shows 'loading' with my mouse cursor turning into a stop sign...a red circle with a red slash through it..a sign of no entry, if u will. Please tell me how to get around this, its annoying, havent seen any trailer or demo on gamespot for ages now.
