Gamespot Spam Mails

Hello

This is kind of getting boring for the last 3 weeks if not more i have gotten daily GS mails which i keep unsubscribing since i don't need them.. (However apparently it doesn't do that)

My profile is already set to not to receive any newsletter mails but yet you still keep sending them to me

Is they any way to make this stop? since everything i have done should have ended it...

And Customer support doesn't work. You enter your information and question and click submit and a loading icon comes and then goes away but nothing really happens

Same thing here - I keep unsubscribing and yet I'm still receiving these newsletters.
