i think there should be a a stickied thread at least in the primary games forum, System Wars would probably not be the best for it. But i would recomend having a general one

I'm not sure of the effectiveness of these. I don't think people add random users. If you really wanted someone's gamer ID, you can get it from their sig, About Me, Profile or even send them a PM. Thus I'd be against having a stickied thread on any board for this, as it'd become redundant.
