ESRB recoomendations on video game videos?

I am Australian, and I am 16. Gamespot has an Australian server, yet whenever I try to open up videos, a message saying "We're sorry, but you are not eligible to view or download this video due to ESRB guidelines", yet I can legally go down to the shop and buy the game, but I can't watch the video. I really think that this should be changed so that in regions with their own Gamespot Server, the ratings should go with the ratings of that region ...

I agree, I do not live in Australia, but that would make sense for GameSpot AU to have the videos on the site watchable by the old enough viewer.

It's just that I can buy the game rated here for ages 15+, but they might be rated 18+ in USA so I can't see the video ... it's wrong ...
