Editing Post Failure

I tried to edit a post and each time I either got sent back to the topic list page or I got a 404 Error, got the "Whoops! Something is wrong we are trying to fix it." message or had to repeatedly press the submit button before it would finally be accepted.

This is unacceptable and needs fixing.

Delete this non-editable thread and keep the other one with the same name.
