Not sure if anything has changed in the last few days, but my download speeds have been way off. Was hitting almost 500K per second downloads and now I am only getting 220K My ISP speed tests have stayed the same and other sites are hitting full speed. I have the Total Access package and I should have full speed downloads. Is this a new cap or did the rules for Total Access members change.
