Can't rate Guilty "Gear XX #Reload" for PC

above is the link, I have tried it several times even on different browsers. btw I can rate other games.

Something seems to be wrong with the rating of this particular game.

Probably because the "Release Date" shows "TBA" instead of an actual date.

From what I understand, you cannot rate a game nor add it to your collection unless the gamepage is unlocked and a release date is posted.

and topsemag55 is right - you can't rate a game while it's in TBA (to be announced) state
