Is it perhaps the The RuneScape Dungeon, of which you are an officer? Your leader might of changed the settings for the union making officers unable to post or edit updates.
I'm having the same problem in my union, by the way I am the leader (see sig) and it has nothing to do with the settings. I just get sent to a page saying you cannot post comments.

Yep thats right, but I think it applies to leaders as well.
