As the title says I can't load the page to change my password. I've tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox and I tried the logging out then clearing cache thing too. I cleared the cache with ccleaner, then did it from inside the browser just for good measure. This is a technical issue on your end, and a security issue on mine. If your site got hacked and my password was stolen, that would be bad. Ok here's some tech info:

Operating System: Windows 7
Browser: Chrome, IE, Firefox
Browser Version: Chrome21.0.1180.79, IE 9.0.8112.16421, Firefox14.0.1

URL:https://authorize.gamespot.com/1328-2425-8.html

The problem occurs when I click the "change password" button in the settings pop-up.

As far as I know https connections to authorize haven't worked since the server maintenance of the main site a few weeks ago. I've asked about this, and apparently staff are aware, but I don't know much beyond that. In the mean time, you can try this link: Recover GS Password. That actually shows me a page at the moment, but with the system in the state it's currently in, I'm reluctant to test it myself. It may be worth a shot though. If it works for you, would you mention it here afterward? I know other users are running into the same thing, and it would be nice to know what we can tell them.

Sometimes a page won't load for me also. My problem has nothing to do with changing passwords.

I'll try the recovery now, and if it doesn't work I'll email support to get it changed manually. If I don't post back, my account is in limbo ;)
