"Call Someone Out" function not working properly

The "Call Someone out" function is not working for me. Every time I type any username, it says "tis but a barren wasteland"

I've tried using Chrome as well as Firefox, no luck.

it seems to work for tagging some users, but not all of them. this is definitely a big issue.

At this point, their isn't much left that IS working.
