Bug Reporting: Can't view my game reviews

I have a problem viewing my reviews I worked on just recently. I click on reviews on my profile and when I do so it always comes with an error. I can go straight into my review directly as long as I have the link to it but I can't look into the list of game reviews I worked on.

I have the same problem. When trying to access my rating and reviews from any page, I am referred to the "500: Internal Server Error" page.
