This is probably not a bug, but I'm offering it as a feedback suggestion. The ad banner at the bottom of the various forum pages displays articles from as old as a year ago. Obviously it doesn't really help anyone to know about an "upcomming" PSN outtage that already occurred three months ago and everyone is well aware that WarZ got pulled from Steam. Maybe updating the banner so it only displays articles that were posted at least semi-recently would be better.
