account name change / delete req

Recently sent an account name change / delete req to all moderators -had a reply. Sent a response. Still no update to the account name with ex's name on? Please can someone help me?

Sorry, but you'll have to wait on a reply from the CM you PMed, there's nothing more the moderators can do about this. They're a little short-staffed in the community department last I checked so delays are likely to be expected unfortunately.
