Chat on ps4

Has anyone heard anyone talk?? Its very frustrating esp when no one knows what they're doing.

I have I talk quite a bit also mind you some people are 12 and spouting off a bunch of stupid shit but add me Warped13 can get a match soon :)

I also find it weird that I have not heard one person on mic. It would seem pretty rare considering the PS4 comes with a mic. Maybe they need to be in your party thingy on PSN? I am not sure but I think something is not right
