nomad chests & companion app

so i have done a few missions on the companion app which have unlocked nomad chests in the game. i understand that other people are having problems with this but after the 24 hours when one of my assassins collects it nothing happens. the nomad chest icon is still on my map and i'm not recieving anything. any help?

i dont know maybe check out the ubisoft forums. the app seems to work fine for me exept that i cant get the chests while in unity so i have to wait for the 24 hours.
