I was wondering who or where is the proper place to report news. Primary for a developer like me who is releasing a game on the Nintendo eShop soon? I couldn't find a proper place on your site. Thank you!

Perhaps you can get in touch with the community manager, @DigitalDame, since she is a GameSpot staff member and would know who the appropriate contact is, if none of the other moderators know. Personally, I might try tweeting @gamespot or contacting GameSpot staff via Facebook.
