Hackers On PSN

there are multiple hackers on playstation home a gaming platform,these hackers have jailbreak ps3 consoles and are compromising accounts continuously with text abuse and booting them offline we have contacted sony several times and reported nothing is being done 100's are affected by this.Why are'nt Authorities looking on this platform ?
