Ive got 5, on my 6th atm and may try and get a couple of quick playthroughs done with other classes. I never really saw the point in doin loads especially as now we know only the first 11 playthoughs count.

The last character I'm doing before ME2 comes out is a female with no romance done in ME1. That way I have one character with each and both sexes with none to see how it changes ME2 and with these changes I decided I should have other choices with these choices and in the end I had a plethora of many different characters all of whom I am trying to restore.
There is supposed to be different reactions to a female character that to a male in ME2. Like when you meet The C-sec officer [who's name eludes me] sitting near Fists Office. He reaction is very different. Also if you want to see all the different outcomes and all the Achievements [if your interested I just go for seriously them when I am bored]
I actually have played through 5-8 times. Two to three of the times where on the same character. Howerver last week I deleted the character I actually had all the playthroughs on and was going to import into ME2. Reason I deleted it is I don't remember any of the choices I made. So going to start the character from scratch and the week before ME2 comes out play through it so the choices will be fresh in my mind.
