This has nothing to do with whether you pay to play or not. I have spent about about $150. When they roll out new content they give it to half of the players on a server and not tonthe other half. They call this further testing. This is on a live server and not a beta server. So whether you pay to play or not, you may end up disadvantaged at some point. Right now half have daily quests and half don’t on the same server. It is a huge disadvantage if you are one of the ones who don’t get it. Those that do get extra free resources, buildings, and Forge points. I like the game. I hate the unfair business practices.
