I found a glitch..... When you start a new character, and you are in the first building that you have the NPC with you and helping you escape he helps you kill 2 guards and he waits for you to take their equipment and 1 key for the door to open it...
DONT open the door. Equip the 1 handed swords or daggers, go behind him in sneak position and backsstab him as much as you like..... He does NOT die.... ^_^ And he helps you level up sneak + 1 handed weapons...
I left that building with 1 handed weapons at level 44 and sneak level 100.... Character around 18 or something....
