What could be bad about this?
Story: You make it.
Gameplay: Here's how it goes, you turn on the program and press "Make flipnote". A flipnote is a series of pictures you can put together to make anything you want with the colors black, red and blue (Pick two). You can go with basic tools like draw, paint, erase and change color, or go with advanced things like textures, copy, cut and paste, or project. You can draw anything you want in a picture or make a black and white version of one of your photos from your DSi. You can string pictures together for a movie up to who knows how long. And you can send your flipnotes to someplace called flipnote hatena, a previously unknown to Americans Japanese website.
Overall: This game is free with internet access and lets you make pretty much whatever you can draw. Unknown Japanese websites are always negative points for me, but you can use it if you like. Other then that it gets the highest app grade possible. 9/10
