Even though Flick Champions can be tedious, it's 8 games provides a good amount of fun.
Flick Champions involves around 8 sports. Each sport has a different feel and all of them are quite fun. All of the sports have a unique twist on how they are played. Hockey and Tennis force you to move your player to hit the puck/birdie; while Soccer on the other hand is stationary players and you have to swipe the player to shoot the ball. This brings varity to the game and makes it more appealing to come back. Although, unlocking the more advanced sports is tedious. It will take a long time to unlock them and only the commited players will unlock them quickly; the casual player will probably buy them from an in-app purchase. The graphics work nicely, even though they are simple. The sounds are realistic, adding atmosphere to the game. However, it does get annoying hearing the same sounds over and over again. Flick Champions HD also has multiplayer. I didn't get to try this out, but I'm sure it's much more fun. The controls work well and are spot-on. The only issue is your finger obstructing your vision for games like Tennis.
Overall, Flick Champions HD is alot of fun. If you are looking for something that is a quick pick-up and play game, then this is worth trying out. There is a fair amount of content here, that is, if you can handle how long it takes to unlock every sport.

Normally don't do short reviews, but this game is self-explanatory and doesn't need much explaining. Eight sports in one game, that's it.
