So much better than the first! An excellent game that everyone should add to thier collection!
To start with you get a chioce of cars with you 5000cr, which ever one you chose is piece of **** car that handles like a river boat. But once you get past that and start winning some races it turned into an amazing racer that is definatly up there with burnout and need for speed. The simple fact that you can pretty much destroy anything on and near the race track is fantastic. Every other racer should have that. The cars, totally destructable and crashes that you will never see in anything else on the market.
Bitter rivals such as jack benton and that spanish lady really give this game an edge, you see thier names flash up if they get wrecked in a race and it gives you a huge sense of relief, knowing that no one will be smashing your car up on the last bend.
Some aspects of the game are a little annoying, the lack of tunes is the most annoying. Always hearing Audioslave and Papa Roach get a little repetitive and the lack of race tracks let this game down. Although you do get some wicked mini games such as Royal Flush, Stone Skipping and Ring of fire are some of the best but there are many more.
Ive just completed the game today, after only 2 days of play, so some gamers may find it a bit to short. But its always good to go back and play it again and again and again. Also its o nly £17.99 here in the UK so thats even more reason to buy it.
So in short, you need to buy it ASAP.
