Tellius is a continent of two races, Beorc and Laguz. The Beorc are the wielders of iron and magic, while the Laguz are able to transform into beasts to battle with tooth and claw. Their hatred for one another has always run deep, but when the Beorc nation of Daein invades its fellow Beorc nation Crimea, the adventures of Ike, a lowly mercenary from Crimea, escalate into a continent-wide war that threatens to destroy all that everyone holds dear.
