Fire Emblem is a great role-playing game with plenty of strategy and depth in the mix. Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem The Sacred Stones were two of my favorite games for the GBA, so I was excited when it came to the Gamecube. The concept in this game is to command your units to defeat the opposing force and accomplish the mission in that specific chapter, such as defeating the boss or reaching a specific spot within the alloted number of turns. Your units are made up of different classes such as knights, fighters, thieves, and pegasus knights just to name a few. One of the other unique concepts in the game is permament death, which makes you think carefully about the moves you make. This is a solid game and is great for those who like to play strategy games.
