I've been a fan of Final Fantasy for quite a while and I had to go back and play them, so far not a single installment has yet to dissapoint and Final Fantasy is no different. Time and time again after its release, it's given new gamers a try to replay the classics. Some thing its worn its age while others till find as pleasing and as engrossing into todays market as ever, I'm one of the latter.

Your turn-based RPG does not get much more classic than this and if you haven't played at least one turn-based games then you need to just to say you have tried it. The story of the game is not as good as others but back at the time this game came out it was storytelling at its finest when it came to games. This game has made so many new pathways for games both western and japanese. If you haven't played this game you need to just to say I played the game that started it all that started the phenomena to sweep the world. A timeless classic in my book. 10/10
