Final Fantasy XIII Official Trailer 2

As long as I've known about the Final Fantasy franchise, they have never disappointed. However I must point out one thing that seems to be overlooked. Any Final Fantasy trailer doesn't make an in depth mention in regards to the story line. If they do, that kind of ruins the element of suprise. So I can vouche for any game in the series, pick it up. It's going to have epic written all over it. Looks like a completely new battle system as well.

The graphics are fanstastic but the story doesn't make any sense to me though...

I'm totally new to this franchise and that whole trailer made no sense. lol

final fantasy series will always stay the best ,and Square Enix never disappoints a final fantasy fan.

to djmillard2: lol no hahaha didn't spot any Blu-Ray symbol on the disc, actually a "blue ray" light shimmered on the inner circle of the disc :P :P :P :P :P but suspicions are still high, what if the game comes only on Blu-Ray.... bah..... it should be..... I mean, Blu-Ray is miles better, and all that data may no just fit into a DVD disc ;)

SkidzoTM u sound like a PS3 fanboy who had an xbox 360 for bday or xmas... no need for dumb comments like that (I have been told that the game is approximately 45GB of space and if you can count it'll take almost 7 discs for x360 ). If u wanna talk about the PS3's Hardware and say how "good" it is, then go to the PS3 forums and sell ur xbox since ur heart says u don't want it and don't deserve it. Anyway this games looks cool, Graphics are amazing! Hopefully it won't be too long for it to be released. :wink:

You should play FFVII to even though it is old its one of the best ones and this game looks really good im so glad its coming out on xbox also...

I played FFX and FFX-2 it was very touching I hope they make the story of FFXIII remarkable two And I never saw better graphics in my life

Looks absolutely awesome right now. Though I'm a bit worried about the star wars look but I think they can balance it and make wonderful game. Every FF game I've played has been beautifully done and thoroughly enjoyable. My only real concern is which platform to get. I prefer my 360 but would also love to play it on a ps3. A huge 7+ disc case though would also be pretty cool too. Heh, maybe I'll just get it for both 360 and ps3 lol

Ive always wanted to play FF games, but never had PS console before... I just hope this is actualy fantasy, so far it looks all modern with guns and stuff like that... All i want is an epic fantasy rpg game... *is still hopeful and cant wait*

looks pretty sweet... and for the person that didn't like the ffXII gameplay... WHY? I thought it was a great way to pick up the pace. FFX and all the others would almost get frustrating. I'd say I racked up about 3 hours of waiting for enemies to appear when fights would 'break' out. XII was nice and fluid, and you could still stop time when you needed. Most likely there will be some change in combat. That's one thing that they always change. That and the story. And the universe. And the characters... well whatever.

Lol for all the people who are claiming that they are glad having a 360 for playing that game I am simply laughing my ass off. First this is the kind of game I won't play on my 360 because it'll simply make it explode because of the graphics. Second, the framerate will simply be absolutely better with the ps3 and itts 6 cell processors. Thirdly, and this the most funny part of this FF13/x360 thing, I have been told that the game is approximately 45GB of space and if you can count it'll take almost 7 discs for x360 (lol even for the psone 12 YEARS AGO we never saw that) versus 1 blu-ray disc for ps3... huuumm lolll I think we are starting to see now wich of the console has a better future and/or potential!!!!!!!! Anyways I'm just glad I also have a Ps3 because I will be able to play the FF13 Versus wich is exclusive to the console and this FF looks simply amazing because it seems it will be darker and gritter. Good job Square for another amazing game. P.S I'm not a x360 hater, I have one and I'm really looking forward to put my hands on the new Star Ocean wich will be exclusive to M$ concole

I did like the new direction of the FF games going from medieval to underground slums in FF7 but then to turn into Freakin' Star wars is not a good choice. Other then that I hope this game will give as much storyline as FF7 or FF8, FFXII was rather short of story which really is disappointing.

I don't know very much about the entire series but does the series have a secuence?, I know that the characters change but the storyline or they just pick another story and build it up?

It's so beautiful. Everything in it is so damn beautiful. If I were to ever buy a 360, this here would be the main reason.

This was the reason i bought a ps3! I cant wait until this and FF versus 13 comes out! How do you suppose they make the combat so fast paced and still have that Final Fantasy feel? It looks hard

Theres a lot of successful aspects from other parts of the main series, like how Lighting is based on Cloud and the beautiful scenic worlds of FFX... but Im excited to play this one. Should be a great story as usual

I so hope they have gotten rid of the FFXII combat and gone back to more traditional. But advance the traditional gameplay more. I can't wait to play it as well!!
