"Worth the wait"

This game is a step back to what people loved in the Final Fantasy series. Free roaming is a joy, great to be free to visit and explore previous areas.
The addition of the pets was truly great, I love having any and all animals as pets to control as I see fit and adds dynamic element to the combat systems.
Combat system is far better than before, faster, better padagrim system which allows for greater control and change of padagrims.
Story is great, I find it hard to bare when I see people saying it's hard to follow or it's complex, granted that the writing for it isn't perfect some moments I feel they could of done so much better, nonetheless still a good story.
Characters, I love noel, serah however, somewhat of an annoyance at times and mog is a pleasure to have around throwing it around and still comes back.
Side quests and places to visit are plentiful and so far a real joy playing so far.
