Nice game
The story problably is quite simple but that is because it's a secuel of the previous game so thats fine, I have no problem with that, the gameplay is better, the characters too, the graphics are amazing, all the extras are good too.
This game has more final fantasy stuff, because I think ff13 was good but it has no substance at all, this game in the other hand has more things like the chocobo races, and some characters you can se trough the game, also i think the chocobo races, can be better, it would be better if you could move the chocobo like in ff7, because the races depends very much on how you select a chocobo and the items u get and at the end all you do is wait to the gauge bar to fill so push it and win the race, and because you need to do that a lot for one of the trophys, this should be less boring. Another thing I did not like was the casino machines it's really boring to sit there and win nothing, all you do is put a rubber band on the control and wait to win some money, and the fragment.
The colliseum i think its a great idea, to fight other enemys like lightning, but i think this idea is good but not fully develop, they should put more monsters for free like ordinary monsters and maybe ultima weapon or something, so it can be more entertaining, and at the end give u the ultima weapon for some character or some special item. because all u do is fight ligthning the other guy, and omega, and thats it!! And they charge u for this, and when u realize this, you probably beat the game once, and u only get this extras for the trophys.
Also both quiz game are really boooooriiiing!!!! I think these are the worst of all the game, I mean whats the point of answering all these questions, and the worst are the captain cryptic's . because the problem is not answering the questions, also you have to look for the guy and it can take u, until 5 hours to beat all the quizes, this was the worst.
That is what this game fails to be an epic game in the series, it was a good try but square still needs to be more creative and execute better its ideas.
