When should I play the story dlcs?

Is there a particular place in the story I should play the Snow, Sahz and Lightning dlc

I'm pretty sure the description of the lightning dlc told me to play it after I finished the game but what about the other ones?

Also are thy dlc worth the time and/or money?

Also try not to spoil the story and use chapters as references!
