Story: I don't know much about the story but it set in a world called Ivalice. The main character is Vaan, he is a thief, he has a childhood friend, Penelo. Later in the game, you can play another character like Balthier and his friend, Fran, lady Ashe a princess from Dalmasca and the captain of Dalmasca, Basch.

Gameplay: Unlike other FF series, in FF XII combat is different. You can see your enemies, so you can choose to fight or flee. You must manage your characters battle plan before you face the enemies. You can manage the battle with a system called Gambit. With this Gambit your character will do an action like attack, magic ,and defense automatically. You'll also learn special ability to each character. And during in the game, you can get summon creatures called Esper, and there are other additional esper you can get if you want. In FF XII you can't used a weapon, shield and item without a license first. You must get the license by unlocking it in license board. You can unlock it by defeating an enemies and you get a License points.

Graphic: As you expect from FF series ,the graphic is beautiful. This is the best graphic game in PS2. The characters, monsters are very detailed.
