The best in series! Fantastic RPG game!
One thing that makes the game exciting is the new battle system. It is much more better the previous battle systems. Just running on the empty field, suddenly an enemy appears, wait for the loading, fight with the enemy in a strange way and then end it up with gaining experiences. Then continue on the game and wait for another enemy surprise attack. In this game it is completely different. You can free roam the environments and attack any enemy that is on the path. Kill them by yourself, or call an ally. You can attack manually or use the Gambit feature which you create your own AI system to the players like; attack the foe in range, then cast fire on enemies with HP less than 10% and then cure yourself if your HP is critic. It saves you time in game so much rather than giving commands at every single enemy. I totally loved this new fighting system. It doesn't make the game boring at all.
Also the idea of the License points is very good. You can have all the weapons in your hand unless if you learn to use them by buying through the license board which you gained by killing enemies. Nearly all of the enemies gives 1 LP which is fair. You can also improve your magics, learn new magicks (then buy it in the shop) learn new techniks (then buy in the shop) increase HP, MP, physical power etc. Upgrading system is different from the other series. I have spent about 40 hours and I have just completed 30% of the license board. So you will spend a lot of time in this game.
Another point which I liked is that there are lots of different enemies, weapons, magics, environments, limit breakers and also hunts which you hunt strong monster like in Monster Hunter give you big prizes. I bet it will take more than 100 hours to finish. Another great part is that there 6 new playable characters with their own special features. The characters are not boring at all. They are totally cool but not as in FF VII like Cloud, Aaron, Yuffie, Vincent etc.
Well that's all what I find cool in this game. I suggest every RPG fan must by this game. The best game of Square-Enix. Now I have to go and continue playing with this game. Enjoy this game!
