I purchased this during the Steam sale, it's nothing. It feels like it could have been something, but without anybody playing the early quests, it just felt boring. Even people who were around didn't want to party up to complete missions. There needs to be a way to both reward players for playing in parties and make it fun and essential like Left 4 Dead.

I know I might be a total weirdo for thinking this, but ever since I've been playing online on a modem in the Medal of Honor days, I always thought playing a MMO would at least be that fun. It probably would have been if I was playing since day one or play by myself, but I'm not interested in paying a monthly fee to play by myself. There are so many other good RPGs out there. And without multiplayer, that's exactly what it is, just another RPG the ones I've been playing since the 1980s. In fact, this feels alot like the original FF, but with much slower character and story progression.

And don't tell me to join a guild or anything, if it's not built into the game and paid for by Square, I shouldn't be paying for it. They might as well just let you use your own servers like FP shooters. They should be fixing and modifying constantly, not just for the people who are finished with the best parts of the game, but to make sure more people can play it.
