The best film this year!
Gameplay (the rating of the movie, not for playing obviously): 10
From the start, the film is great, giving us the ending of Final Fantasy 7 as the start. It then comes to the present day, and shows us Midgar. Introducing us to the characters is simple enough, as most of the fans will already know who they are. The movie intertwines with the game quite well, except a couple of bumps which are quickly flattened out.
Graphics: 10
Most of the time I thought I was looking at real actors, but alas I was not. The great CGI in this film rivals that of such films as King Kong and Lord of the Rings.
Sounds: 10
The voices of the characters fit quite well with their personality. Although it is strange at first with them having voices (unless played KH 1&2). Most of the music has been re-vamped. The fighting music, boss music, JENOVA and One Winged all there, and all in a new glory.
Replay: 10
This film is great and can be watched over and over, there is so much to understand and love about this film. It's came a longway since Spirit's Within's poor show.
10/10 PERFECT!
