Is this turn-based or action? It's hard to tell from just the 8 SECONDS of actual gameplay the trailer showed! Ugh. This trailer is garbage.

Final Fantasy Agito XIII. Check out this trailer from the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete boxed set.
I like the idea of playing another ff but I hate when they give you too many characters hopefully its one of the ff types that has all the characters get exp from another player or team of players fighting
This trailer looks alot like the FF12 trailer in some parts, the whole map sequence bit, the military leader pointing and then ships fly by bit, and the assault on a tower with a crystal creating a barrier bit, very very similar
whats up with all of the action style final fantasy i mean come on lets stick to the turn based its alot more fun and challenging
WTF yugioh mixed with final fantasy in 2:33??? other than that, quite a promising game...though the gameplay bits appeared laggy even in the trailer
Looked some more vids; this is like ff versus, real time battle so is a little better than ff crisis core At least square-enix is going to make something good....
@Ragnaripea oh i would love to, but its not the easiest to learn and I can never find the time, i know its poor excuses but its true.
OK it looks good and all, but please don't advertise that it's FFXIII for PSP when it's a FFXIII SPIN-OFF for PSP. There's quite a big difference between FF7 & FF7 CC or FF7DoC, same logic can be applied, FFXIII & FFAXIII are very different so I'd prefer you not have the description be "FFXIII for the PSP!" when it's not FFXIII for PSP. Otherwise looks great.
Does anyone else think that the scene with guy infront of the podium and the ships bombing the land looks just little bit familiar, like something that happened b/w 1939 to 1945.....maybe involved a guy with a mustache who wanted to kill the jews.....
Probably another great game that psp go user's wont get to enjoy. Glad I spent the extra money for the new better system to just play ps one classics and the sub par games that come out. Get it together Sony or don't be surprised when people stop buying your crap.
@AdamProject Final Fantasy XII-2: Revenant Wings was essentially an RTS, not full armies like age of empires, but you controlled summons and it played out as one.
I know it'd REALLY break creed, but an FF RTS? The opening scene just appealed to me. And no, that tower defence style game shan't do! That aside this game looks to be a more developed, faster paced Crisis Core with some Turks/Org XIII style layout. The only thing I can hope for is the faint chance of your own custom chara, I understand the chances are bleak but it's something to think on.
