Graphics look a lot weaker than DQ9, but maybe it's just the way the art style is. But...this game has a WORLD MAP!!! YES!!! World map = tons of secrets spots, lots of sidequests, and longevity ... at least for Final Fantasy these all apply. There hasn't been a free-roaming world map in Final Fantasy since FF9. Although FFvs13 will have one too. I might just buy this one :D
Wow these characters are so unique. A young naive hero fighting for good as the main character. A spoiled but, blunt princess. A character that tries to be cool and edgy. And the slightly older female character that worries about everyone else and feels responsible for the whole party. Man... Takashi where did you come up with characters so new and unique. I probably only seen characters exactly like this in another 100 or so JRPGs. YAWN...zzzz
