To start off this is the first final fantasy tactics game i have ever played. First of all is the story, which starts off with a boy named Luso at school in the at the library reading a book. Then suddenly a big flash happens and Luso appears in the world known as Ivalice, where he is confronted with Cid, a elf looking warrior and the story picks up from there, not to engaging but its alright. Next is graphics, now since this is a tactical RPG it's in sort off in a topish down form and all the characters look like little cartoon people, which i happen to enjoy, but the only problem is that say you change your armor or attire; nothing changes but when you change your weapon it changes unless its in the same class. For example; when you change from a spear to a sword there is a change but when you change from a longsword to a shortsword nothing changes. Next is gameplay, now since this is a RPG there are over hundreds of quests ranging from defeating a giant beast to finding a lost wedding ring for a husband. When it comes to leveling up you go to a pub, accept a quest, go to the place, complete the object, then you get items money and experience, but; as you level up you master and learn new abilites such as self healing or special moves. To learn these special moves you must select a job, such as a mage, archer, soldier, warrior, ninja and the list goes on, so technically you could get over 100 hours of gameplay! So overall this game is excellent for any tactical RPG lover.
