Overall enjoyable, but can be polished.
Gameplay is turn-based closely related to Dragon Quest games and in both they are pretty fun. Though sometiems slow, it requires some strategies. There are minigames and extras into this game. In Final Fantasy II, the gameplay is more customizable and reacts from your battle experiences. Basically it's very straight forward but very solid gameplay, most definitely!
The graphics in our world nowadays is very average, and it should've been brushed up. It's not bad, but it's nowhere near good. There should be changes, but it's tolerable graphics overall.
The music is fairly well done with some pieces that are pleasant. It's an above average soundtrack and most are taken from older FF games, anyways. Final Fantasy is known for their good soundtrack and this will not disappoint.
There's value in this game because it's basically a 2-for-1 game deal. And it offers two whole video games that can last you many hours. And the bonus dungeons are a noteworthy addition.
Overall it's a fun game but nothing revolutionary. Final Fantasy ports are basically just for reminiscing. And they always offer solid gameplay.
