The Final Fantasy series is surely an example of good remakes.

Gameplay - as good as it was on NES. So simple and so effective.

Graphics - the graphics were only a bit restructured, so that's the reason of my 6.

Sound - perfect sound, it sounds as great as it did on NES. After all, it's Final Fantasy we're talking about.

Value - that's one of the game's best qualities. You'll have to finish both games to have 100% completion, and for that you'll also have to complete the Bestiary and have all the sidequests done. Another point for Square Enix.

Tilt - many people will kill me for this, but I prefer playing both Final Fantasies on NES, because the 'sense of playing' is better. Just my opinion, OK?
