Final Fantasy Dimensions attempts to bring all the greatness of the earlier FF games together... and almost suceeds.

User Rating: 8.5 | Final Fantasy Legends: Hikari to Yami no Senshi AND
The Good Points: The Job system is really great and controlling two teams of four charactors brings back memories of FF6. Lots of replay potential by levelling your chars by different means, Music is great in a retro way. A good conversion, doesn't feel like just an iPhone port.

The Bad: Story and World Map seem shallow compared to other FF Games. This is not Final Fantasy 6. Nothing really new that hasn't been done before. Charactors have limited personality but are quite lacking when compared with the later Final Fantasy Games (for example Final Fantasy VII). Quite a steep price tag when compared to other Android games.

Conclusion: If you are a fan of the older Final Fantasy titles or JRPGs in general then this is a must buy. If you don't like Final Fantasy, this game is not going to change your mind.
