There's Bard/Dragoon abilities? As far as I know, Aura is made with a Paladin or a Warrior (I can't remember but I'm pretty sure it's not a Dragoon) and Hastega and Alabaster Veil come from Bard/Seer.

Lively Lied is Bard/Dragoon (Healing Breath/Restful Refrain), but to be honest, I misspoke. What I meant is that using Bard, Dragoon, Seer, you will get a lot of really good F-abilities from Dragoon/Seer and Bard/Seer that are almost entirely utility. After using utility F-abilities, Heroic Hymn would buff your other uber characters.

I don't believe Dragoon/Seer has any F-abilities other than Full Cure which you can get with a level 1 White Mage. I'm toying around with the idea of using a third Ninja with Doublecast and Sword Magic (again) and if I do that, it'd make sense to put Hastega on the Dragoon, especially if I decide to drop the whole Doublecasting White Magic using Dragoon which... I might since that's a lot of AP.
