One of the best final fantasy games I've ever played on a hand held system.
The way the story is set in Ring of Fates, wifi isn't necessary for enjoyable game play. It's about the two twins fighting to stop evil together and avenge their mother and father. Everyone in their party is apart of the storyline.
I love the real-time fighting mode, you can switch to whichever character you want, whenever you want which makes it easier to get through dungeons; since each character has different abilities. If you feel like fighting as a different member of your party, you just have to touch their picture on the bottom screen and you are switched.
They did a good job of making the boss a character that needed to be destroyed, he was crazy, psycho, insane, you name it. It is definitely a boss that you feel good about killing. After beating the game, the ending was really good. I definitely recommended it to a few friends. After beating the game you can continue the same file, beating it again on a harder mode while still keeping all your gear, items and progress from the 1st time around. This is a great game to play if you like RPGs.
