Gamespot overlooked the better features of this game.

User Rating: 8.5 | Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Chiisana Ousama to Yakusoku no Kuni WII
From the 5.0 that gamespot gave this game, I can only assume that somebody played this game until they had the sudden urge to go to the bathroom, went, came back, forgot what he or she was doing, and went and reviewed haze. The truth is, this game is addictive, easy to use, and unleashes an RPG fan's creativity, but don't expect much of a story. The bad guy in this game obviously goes by "The Dark Lord".Just that name may make gamers turn away, but the story doesn't really matter. You have been give an ability called Architek and it is your job to rebuild the kingdom that the... sigh, "Dark Lord" kicked your father out of. You hire adventurers to do the dirty work while you run around and talk to people. Youhave to acheive a balance of focusing on your adventurers and gaining morale. With morale, you can gain spheres that when spent, can improve the spirit of your vilagers and the quality of your city. With this game, nintendo has introduced "Nintendo Wifi pay and play" which basicly means that you can purchase bonus content using wii points (yes real money). For one dollar you can buy your king a black and white outfit (with an eyepatch). Although that eyepatch does sound appealing, the heart and soul of the bonus content is the downloadable dungeons, buildings, and races. The pay and play ability is a grat way to expand the game without having to make a sequel in half a year.
Overpriced (what game isn't), mediocre (not exactly), 5.0 (never).
RPG lovers and fans of sim city will enjoy this game.
