Don't know what happened here...
The photo game face is hit or miss, sometimes ok other times way off, i'm not alone in this. So I decided to make a cab from scratch...wait a min, those options are gone too! No sliders for a custom cab, that was half the fun of FN for me. All they have is generic presets that all look very similar despite the fact that there is 80+ presets. This was very dissapointing to me, can't believe thay took this option away also. The only way you wil get sliders to fine tune the cab's face is to upload a photo. Also no tattoos, limited hairstyles and facial hair
I was looking forward to this with high expectations, including the series' track record and gameplay from the past I could'nt see how they took some of the fun out of it. The schedule is pointless, should have left it streamlined as in FN3. While its addition is nice ( can't help feeling they are grabbing the idea from UFC ) there really is no point to it, still pick someone to fight and then train, noithing new here but pointless e-mails.
In the end I am glad I got it, I mean its FIGHT NIGHT but its not what I expected and I can't help feeling let down and alienated from it. I am all for change and innovation but not at the expense of fun and what made the series great in the first place. This was suppose to be a boxing simulation, just feels like a brawler with stick control slapped on it.
After extensively playing this game is just broken, there are so many bugs, crashes and glitches its not even funny. And I still stand by they should have added the button config, the stick is just unresponsive in the manner that no matter how precise I am I always end up throwing a suprise punch I never intended, this happens alot. Maybe they should add this to all games. Next FPS I play when I pull the trigger to shoot I hope a grenade pops out my butt. I am seriously considering trading this in after all the bugs and crashes and the no response from ea speaks volumes about how much they care...
