Best Boxing Game Out To This Date.

User Rating: 9.5 | Fight Night Champion X360
First Impression:
when you first start the game you wont see anything different than the last title created by EA i think it was Fight Night round 4.
a few other modes seem to be added to the title screen, and at the top of that you can see story mode, there we have it. for the first time we see a sport title By EA that has a story mode, awsome.
at first i didnt think it could work but now i think its a smart move.great work guys.

The Graphic:
as for the graphics in FNC i can easily say this one has the best graphic in the series.well not just the graphics but alot of different things are working to create something unique.
you might be wondering what i mean by unique, well here goes.
you see its these little bits of work that create the biggest effect of all.
for example in the game when you throw a punch it seems perfectly executed, there is something called a motion blur, you might ask what is that?,for example in real life when you move your hand in front of your eye or wave your hand you can see the hand wave but you cant really see the details on the hand. that is because it has a motion and is very fast for your eyes to catch the full details.what you end up with, is a blurry effect ,its just an effect nothing more, what they did is this they added a motion blur to each character to a degree that when body part moves with in the range of the speed that they set on each player, this will make the punch look so much more real than the titles before.
another thing that caught my eye was the reflection from the body that seems to have sweat on it,but when you fight at first youll only see a reflection of the body that shows there has not been any sweat, but as you start fighting and moving around the ring, you can clearly see a great detailed sweat reflection from each character.
it seems to me that each character has been modeled in much more polygons than the last title, and looks way better.the rendering seems to be better this time and the lights can really show you whats happening.
the muscle system that started 2 titles before this one looks superb each punch that you trow affects the other muscle tissues around it, just like real life, for example if you try and punch with any character and slow that up in the replay section you can see what im talking about, after you throw a few punches bring up the replay and see for your self the impact of the punches are amazing on the body.

The Good:
i mentioned some great effect that is made exclusively for this titles such as the motion blur , the cameras and dynamics.there are also other good features in this game that i should note here.
there is a wide range of new characters to choose from, there is a new training mode that you can choose when ever you feel like it and doesnt have to be in any mode at all.
the story mode gives you the feeling of being part of the story.
some new locations are available to play in.they look very much real both for boxing and training.
it is very competitive and when you play the game, you will understand what im talking about.
watching the replays and controling the timeline is always great.
its more of a simulator for boxing maybe since each shot that you throw can change the out come of the match and each block that you miss or do can also change everything.
you can see great deforming of the face after a while, and also great blood spills around the ring and on the characters.
there are some great camera angles for you to choose from.
another good thing here is that its not just the graphics that look good but the gameplay is very fun and entertaining, and also very competitive as i mentioned earlier.

The Bad:
first off it takes a while before you learn the basics, but still some levels can get very tricky, and in order to beat the game you must learn all the moves and buttons.
some cutscenes in the main story mode is very blunt and not so real looking and looks very dull.
i remember a few titles back Fight Night offered a force control feature in which you could throw punches with the amount of pressure set which was really good, although this game did offer the ability to throw strong punches but it wasnt what i was expecting.
some fights in the story mode requires a very good control over the buttons and the game, and also needs great timing, which is good and bad.
great bruise and cuts on the face but no tooth jumping.
you can create your ideal boxer to play as,but there are not many things to add to make it perfect, there only a few hairstyles, nose, eyes, tatoos and so on.

simple suggestion to the developers:
i would suggest that inorder to allow the players to create something like their own boxers include a second Disk only to aim at creating boxers and importing them to the main game in the disk1.(only a suggestion)

Result:
i think this game is really the best in the series, wonderful new effects and visuals, great new story mode feature, maybe some minor faults but, i can easily say this is the best Boxing game out to this date.
i suggest any boxing fan to have this in their collection.100% worth having.
