Is Big Baby Bishop available for the Ps3?

I've seen him and post {possible spoiler} Andre on the XBox, but not the Ps3, is there any way to access these characters?

Not available on PS3. I wish you could get him and the Bishop with the beard and the long hair.

I think once you finish the Andre Bishop Game Mode you will unlock all of the fighters from that story.
