Fifa 13 has lost it's appeal for me because they took out the player manager option, what IDIOT in ea thought that was a good idea. The MUPPETS have completely ruined a great game!!!!!!!!!
1 Like I have been playing Fifa since 2009 on Playstation 3 and have the platinum on all Fifas including the World Cup but am not enjoying Fifa 13. Bought it on Xbox this time as the graphics are smoother and I have heard the kinect feature is good. Things I hate. Do not like the defending system as players dont move quick enough and I keep conceeding stupid goals. Do not like the tackling system, why is it when you win a tackle your player stops running onto the ball and you loose possession again. Also whats with Fifa 13 becoming Fifa street. In real football you dont have players pulling off silly skills every two minutes.
Finally why have EA stopped putting the instruction manual in the box. Am I the only one that reads it to remember all the controls. I know its available on line but its not always possible to have the computer next to you when playing on your TV in the living room. I dont have a printer so I cant print it out.
Sort it out EA. Having pre ordered the Ultimate Edition I wish I had saved my money.

really good visual and sound good then fifa 12 but the fucking thing is that no player manger. so there really and really fucking bcz i play fifa only for player manager 7.5
really i didn c alot changes in dis game its like ""FIFA 13 = FIFA 12 + CORRECTIONS"" ..the game looked so bad in the review so 8.0 is good but its score should've been 9.0 because this game is much better than pes 2013 ...in visauls sounds commentry diffculty..etcc this is my opinion :)

You guys look absolutely terrible at FIFA. The poor quality of the actual gameplay makes the game look very bad.
1 Like well its the same conundrum with iphone5 and samsung galaxy s3 , iphone's latest iteration does not have a significant upgrade because its predecessor was already so much better. So is with fifa. You say PES made so many improvements well because it needed to , compared to Fifa which is already a thriving and a well built game. still fifa 13 has done enough to make you feel that you are playing a new version and the realism of teams and characters and enhance the immersive feeling and the high you get from leading your national team to glory .
it´s the best football game out there and if you don´t notice the tons of improvments, then you should not review it.

FIFA gameplay is a joke people. PES is the most reallistic football experience out there and if you play the game on pc getting the licenses for your teams in addition to player faces, stadiums and so on is just not a problem with all the patching that is available online. Wake up please and start playing the one and only football simulator out there.

There's no doubt 12 (or even 11) is far better than 08.
lol gamespot is only videogames company gave fifa a score under 9 wow! i am quiet surprise, so that means all the others are wrong! hahaha fifa still the best ^^ pro sucks once more.
1 Like @deliman @WillyWynn I am playing Fifa with 3 former EA developers, they are not just fanboy, they worship it. But the first time ever They think about trying PES after I defeat them hilariously every game using the same old tricks :)

Visuals need a major overhaul, they have been using the same engine from the start of the generation. You would think they would be able to get much more out of the consoles as both 360 and PS3 can produce way better visuals than this. But those cost money and EA will no doubt avoid something like that.

I think the game feels far more natural than FIFA 12, and for me that's a massive advantage. All of the background tweaks required to achieve this can't be ignored in importance, and the slight improvements to career mode greatly improve the play.
same fifa every year but we love it what should we do and same pes every year .soccer 2K14 must give a lesson for them

The last one I bought was Fifa 10. The most impressive improvement here seems to be the dribbling but I have to ask, is the commentary still as generic? It seemed odd that they recorded commentary of every single player name but not the club names.
I would be enjoying playing Fifa 13 with my friends right now, but I pre-ordered with Amazon and as yet (16:29) on Saturday I have not received it, even though it is supposedly out for delivery. I'm guessing I'm gonna have to wait until Monday, possibly Tuesday. Lesson learnt. No more pre-orders from Amazon for me!!!
