will they have the voice recognition like the kinet for ps3

i really think this voice recognition is actually promising as it will allow players to feel more like managers as they can say the formation they want or change it with out pausing and doing it mannuly. this is actually very promising i do not like the kinect but hope this is not a xbox 360 exclusive and leave the ps3 out.
