How do i make my own team?

You have to use the creation centre app on the ea website then download it to your console. You can only create players in game not teams

Only PES can let you create your own team with your own logo and stuff like that

To create your own team from scratch, you will need to log on to the "Creation Centre" section of the EASports Football website - www.ea.com/uk/football/creation-centre
Once you have created your team, bookmark it, and download it into your game by accessing the Creation Centre option under the "My FIFA" option (I think...) on the main menu.
To be able to use your Creation Centre team in Career Mode however, you will need to purchase the "Career Mode Pack" from the FIFA Store (in-game) for 160 MS Points. (You can also purchase other packs that give you more editing options on the Creation Centre site)
