FIFA Soccer 10 Dribbling Movie (Xbox 360)

ok um...is this real ? people saying this is the best soccer game ever and stuff..fifa actually sucks ..or at least sucks compared to pes ..now here's the thing Pro Evolution Soccer has fallen in quality in the last couple of years BUT even though it hasn't really presented a lot of new stuff PES is still much much better than fifa[which actually also hasn't changed much but every year they mention the slightest of changes so a lot of people think that they are progressing when in fact they just aren't and still suck]..so fifa might have more modes but what's the point when the game isn't enjoyable...so if you want to buy a soccer game buy pro evolution and you wont be dissapointed ..and anyone who says that fifa is better and is serious either knows nothing about football or in fact gaming or has never played pes and refuses to play it but WORSHIPS fifa..

Is this the best soccer game available? I've only played the 09 demo, but I want to put my hands on this one... Is it worth the money? Cause 09 is really cheap now...

it is much better tha previous one indeed , however pes is also great game, best lightning and graphic style ever!. Both games are amazing this year and it finally all comes down to taste for buying decision.

I think this is the flatter looking pC version. The ps3 demo looks much much better.

Doesn't look much different from the previous game... Anyway, it still is a better option than PES at the moment.

its nice, 360 degree is good but the problem is its looking like strategy game, (very little) even i cant realize which player got the ball without reading his name in the bottom or hear from commentator, year by year they increase the size of view and decrease the size of players, i am sorry but its looking like strategy game

But that's true. The 360 does work only when your not in possession of the ball. I saw that the 360 works perfectly well when you are trying to tackle the ball of your opponent. Or for example taking a very long throw in by holding the "W" thru ball. Only then when I control my player away from the ball I notice the 360 degrees. When in control of the ball you can't run in 360. But I don't agree that it is 8 way, it is most probably 16/32 directional movement. I don't even mind about the movement being 16/32 way to be honest. But what I wanted from Luke is honesty. If he was more honest about the movement with the ball being 16 or 32 way movement I would've accepted it. What I am angry about is that he said it was 360 degrees. Luke said a couple of months ago in his twitter "360 degree dribbling and defensive movement". Then few days later he told us on the forum that you can now move in full 360 degree movement with no restriction. That's where I caught his dishonesty. Now I understand that the movement was indeed more like a 360 defensive movement, it isn't fully 360 degree movement. Otherwise I would've expected to be able to run in circles. And in real life I have played football in the parks, I know running with the ball in 360 degrees is possible, its just that you'll get dizziness after a while.

nice gol...honestly it looks a lot like 09! I have preordered I hope it includes more leagues...specially south american leagues which are way more important that for example the Australian league or the the K-league...

This video is strictly to show you the new angles you can dribble at. I always hated the jerky cuts in FIFA 09. AMAZING game though. FIFA 10 is going to be more amazing. The graphics don't look like that though, so no worries people. It looks SO crisp in it's regular render. Can't wait!

i used to be a fun of pro sincr last year with fifa09,it was the best football i ever play and believe iam a gamer since nes.This year i expect the counter attack of konami with pro and the ea with fifa,what ever it be it llbe good for all the gamers in the world

j_pires128 - if the last FIFA you played was '98, you're not exactly well placed to judge the current FIFA series. FIFA '98 was first gen console material. PES and FIFA are, essentially, very similar and no-one will ever agree on just one of them, but to say that FIFA does not have good playability shows a high level of ignorance...

In this video it's really weird cause it still seems like he's doing odd angles. If it was me showing this feature off i'd be running randomly all over the place so you know exactly what you can do.

gbianco94, I agree with you PES playability is so much better than FIFA's. FIFA has all the licensed leagues, real player names and great graphics but anyone who prefers that instead a great playability and longevity is crazy. Last FIFA I played was in 98... No more FIFA :)

@lukeyboi89 it's just for demo purposes. They used a down-rendered version just to show-off the animations

I still don't know why I prefer PES! FIFA is so boring, graphics are cool, but the game in itself isn't nice :/

when showing 360-degree controls for fifa10, the guy doesn't seem to be touching the ball to give it a new direction(0:20-0:25). the ball just turns automatically. or is it just me? and i'm pissed that we get a different version than xbox360 and ps3 btw >:

Me getting this for sure :D. I didnt buy 09 and boy did i regret it. I miss fifa too much. Damn peer preasure, friends making me buy COD WAW instead.

looks more Fifa pc version with this graphic but hope this will improve the dribbling allowing players to easily pull combos better than 09 .
